Chapter 117: Remarks on the Release
As of today, this book has been written for two months and has 250,000 words. Tomorrow is the day it will be released on the shelves!
After being put on the shelves, there should be at least three updates every day, and additional updates in special circumstances will be extra!
First of all, I would like to thank my book friends for their continued support.
The author has been a retreating first-level player since childhood, and rarely persists for such a long time. Without everyone's continued comments and continued reading, this book might have been finished long ago.
So in a sense, these 250,000 words are the result of everyone’s joint efforts!
I would also like to thank Liu Xing for giving me the opportunity to sign this book.
When the first internal investment failed, I actually felt a little frustrated, but when Xingda replied to my email, it said "not bad, not bad". I remembered it for a long time, and I really felt encouraged!
Before 100,000 words, I was actually writing on a standalone computer. Later, I started to use Smart Recommendation and gradually gained some book friends. I am very happy every time a new comment is added and I will read it carefully.
Not to mention the many votes and rewards from everyone, thank you very much! orzzzzz!
This will be the same in the future. If you have any suggestions and thoughts, you can put them in the comment area, and the author will read them. (So a curse word may make the author cry for three years!)
Many people may not understand or like the protagonist’s character.
But I am quite similar to him in many aspects. If I were to forcefully write the cheerful character that is more popular in urban literature, I might end up with a strange dissimilarity.
I have lived into my early twenties and still haven’t accomplished anything truly worthy of happiness. I have always been pushed away by the people around me. I resisted crowds for a long time, and I hid and read many books that I couldn’t normally read (it seemed like a bit of a blessing in disguise).
Saying this at this age may seem a bit old-fashioned and ignorant. But I still want to sigh, struggling to make progress in reality is really tiring.
So I wanted to write a work that is about redemption and healing, so that everyone who sees it can escape for a short time.
The dreamy feeling that escapes from reality when I am immersed in reading is the reason why I still love words as always in this fast-paced era of short videos.
I also realized along the way that my youthful writing skills were not strong enough to support some of the things I wanted to write. When I look back at many of the paragraphs I have written, I will think, ah, the writing is really not good.
But the future is still very long. Two hundred and fifty thousand words is just the beginning of the story.
Everyone has a bright future, including the protagonists and the book lovers in front of the screen.
I hope everyone can enjoy watching it no matter how their lives are going.
