I don’t know if it’s because of the weather change or something, but I’m having trouble sleeping again.
I obviously felt like I was in a nervous trance last night. I closed my eyes and couldn't sleep all night. Today I have a splitting headache. I almost fainted when I went to the toilet. My head hurts so much that I have to take a day off (end of chapter)
