As long as 1,000 votes are collected in the last two days, and the total number of monthly votes in November reaches 3,000, then the monthly votes for November will be updated from 300 votes plus 1 update to 100 votes plus 1 chapter, which will be paid back this month.
Up to 3,000 votes, 30 more updates will be added next month.
If the number of votes does not reach 3,000, then the old rules will apply.
