Chapter 478 Pre-acquisition of mana for three generations, the lonely fan serves as the old Jigong

The pangolin huddled in the corner, holding a bright orb between its two paws.

It was actually an elixir that Lu Dongbin and Tieguai Li among the Eight Immortals worked together to refine for him.

When he was spinning around just now, this treasure pill naturally came out to protect the master, allowing him to regain some consciousness.

But now, as he stared blankly at the scene in front of him, the orb in his paw accidentally fell to the ground.

Mu Tianzi, an old man, is so... so fierce!

The Eight Immortals are known as the Eight Immortals in the Shangdong. They are both worldly and secluded, so their spells are sophisticated and ingenious. Even when they cast spells and curses, they sometimes look like ordinary people. Unknowingly, they have used great magical powers.

Even the most high-profile Lu Dongbin, his fairy sword is like a green snake in his sleeve, and his magic is like a painted crane flying by itself.

Pangolin has always studied with them, and most of the people he met in Dongsheng Divine Continent were such immortals. How had he ever seen such a violent attack using his own coffin board to hit someone?

The two coffin boards turned into powder after colliding in mid-air.

The seven coffin boards were all erected in mid-air, forming a circle and rotating slightly, as if forming a large seal, suppressing the two spiritual lights below.

Su Hanshan came over and took a look. These two auras were extraordinary.

Zhang Kui's spiritual light, after being severely injured just now, is still struggling like a python, with a sense of resonance with the earth, a strange python turning the sky, and the earth turning upside down.

It is truly extraordinary to have practiced the Earth Escape Technique to such an extent.

But tracing back to the source, his advantage lies in his connection with the stars in the sky.

With the support of a large amount of energy from the stars in the sky, he can naturally use it in the escape method.

Normal people's escape method has a tendency to empathize with the earth and borrow strength from the earth. The word "evade" means not only escape, but also integration.

Zhang Kui's method of escape from the earth does not borrow power from the earth at all, but relies on the abundant energy of the stars in the sky to directly transform the energy of the stars into the earth's energy.

He just borrowed the veins of the earth to make his escape smoother. In the whole process, not only did he not borrow vitality from the earth, but he also added some more strength to the veins of the earth. Of course, his journey became smoother and smoother, and his escape became faster and faster.

Zhu Tianlin's aura was vaguely wrapped with a sword, which was exactly the one he used just now. It was of extremely high quality and should not be something he could practice at his own level.

But also because he possesses extraterrestrial star energy, he can fully utilize the magic power of this sword.

The blade of the sword hummed and spun, almost as if it was about to break away from the suppression.

"Strange! Such things as self-aura should be the consciousness of practitioners, which has been sublimated after a long period of tempering. Whether it is other worlds that the ancestor mentioned to me or the many worlds that I have been to, there are no exceptions. , why do these two people’s aura feel..."

Su Hanshan stretched out his palm and sucked these two spiritual lights into his palm. He stared at them for a long time and made secret calculations in his heart.

"It feels like the aura of these two people existed first, and then their consciousness grew."

This feeling is like some extremely powerful magic weapon that has given birth to a weapon spirit.

It is somewhat similar to this situation that the six Zizhu Umbrellas that Su Hanshan once subdued in the Qin Emperor's Mausoleum were reincarnated as adults with magic weapons due to a combination of circumstances.

He shook his arms, put the two spiritual lights in his sleeves, used the realm of ghosts and gods to continue analyzing, and looked back at the pangolin.

The pangolin was a little nervous and didn’t know what to say: “Senior!”

"The man just now is known as the messenger of the plague in the south. Naturally, there should be other messengers, and even a master. The other one is related to the pursuit of the Eight Immortals. The power behind it is very unusual."

Su Hanshan let out a long sigh, "It seems that I can't stay in this tomb, otherwise even if I can continue to fight with them, sooner or later this tomb will be destroyed by the aftermath."

The pangolin was even more at a loss: "I really didn't know they would follow me, senior, I..."

"The monk who pointed you here is the main culprit of my tomb and one of the reasons why you are being followed."

Su Hanshan swept his right hand and the entire mausoleum was taken away by him like a wave of water. With a wave of his left hand, he held the pangolin in his palm and said with burning eyes, "Let's go find him first."

That monk's ability to restrain his whereabouts is indeed very good.

But Su Hanshan intercepted the cause and effect of King Zhou Mu. The monk directed pangolins to dig King Zhou Mu's tomb, which was equivalent to taking the initiative to provoke others. This causal connection clearly fell on Su Hanshan.

Coupled with Su Hanshan's immeasurable Taoist cultivation, it is not difficult to sense a monk who has interacted with him not long ago from the pangolin.

The Mausoleum of Emperor Mu is located in the middle of a mountain.

Su Hanshan walked out of the mountain with calm steps, covering thousands of miles in an instant, and fell towards a city.

It was evening, and the city was bustling with people everywhere.

Only in the southeast corner of the city, due to earthquakes in the past few years, many houses sank and tilted. No one dared to live in them, so they moved out one after another.

Because the City God gave a warning in a dream, there were no casualties at first. Therefore, the people who moved away had nothing to commemorate or cherish here. Within a few years, it became overgrown with grass and became a place for wild children in the city to play.

They used a handful of rice grains to catch some small fish in the river, built a stove here with bricks, cooked the small fish in broken earthen pots, and played house games.

Recently, there was a little monk who came here to play for some reason. He was wearing a blue-gray monk's robe and cloth shoes. He was white, fat, plump and cute, and he had a small cloth bag on his back.

The children gave him lively little fish, and when he put the fish into the bag, he could get out the sweet bean paste steamed buns.

Therefore, children love to play with him.

When Su Hanshan fell, no one noticed. When a little girl turned around, she realized that there was an adult and couldn't help but let out a soft cry.

"Namou that Amitabha."

The little fat monk looked at Su Hanshan and said to the children, "You all go back, this donor is here to see me."

After the children got the steamed buns, they left together in twos and threes.

Su Hanshan smiled and said: "Little fat man, I'm not here to find you. Where are your adults?"

The little chubby monk stared at Su Hanshan for a while with his eyes widened, and then looked at the pangolin. The pangolin showed him pictures with its two paws on its chest. I wonder if he understood it.

But an old monk had already walked out of the shabby house next to him.

This old monk was as skinny as a stick, with a sloppy hat on his head and tattered clothes. He was holding a tattered cattail leaf fan in one hand and covering his stomach with the other hand. He staggered out and smiled before saying anything.

"Congratulations, congratulations!"

Su Hanshan smiled and said: "Congratulations to the pangolin for finding me, and congratulations to me for being immortal and crawling out of the grave?"

The old monk said with a bitter face: "The donor's tone sounded like he was here to ask for guilt, but the monk pointed out the pangolin, just to make some compensation. I didn't expect that someone just happened to catch up with the pangolin and also chased the donor's tomb."< br>

"Fortunately, by the time the monk noticed it, the benefactor had already taken action first. He is so capable."

The old monk gave a thumbs up with sincere admiration on his face.

Su Hanshan smiled lightly and said nothing.

"The donor mainly doesn't believe me, so hit me to vent your anger."

The old monk stretched out his wrinkled palms, dejectedly, as if he was ready to be beaten.

Su Hanshan said: "I'm just looking at your two names. Your name is Jidian. Many people in the world have received your help and call you Jigong. Yes, what is the name of this little monk..."

The little monk became energetic and raised the cloth bag in his hand: "My name is the little monk Budai."

"Should we call it Budai or Maitreya?"

Su Hanshan looked at the innocent little fat man, but without pursuing it too much, his eyes returned to Jigong, "With your magic power and status, I really want to help the pangolin, ventilate it to heaven, deliver a letter, or simply You can do it yourself, why should you instruct him to dig my grave?”

Jigong shook his tattered cattail leaf fan, took two steps, sat down next to the stove where the children used to set up, and said, "Donor, old monk, I have always been depressed, and the young monk has also been depressed recently."

"Don't ask us to help deliver a letter to heaven. Even if we want to deliver a letter ourselves, we can't do it."

The young monk Budai said: "Perhaps there are people in heaven who don't want to interfere with our affairs, so they issued an order to the human world. Anyone who asks for help recently is not allowed to report it. In this way, the pangolin is still implicated by us, so the old monk wants to give him some advice. Once upon a time, it’s considered compensation.”

Su Hanshan became curious: "Although I am in the grave, I occasionally listen to the noise outside. Lingshan's family fortune is so big, why don't the two of them ask for help from their hometown, but instead ask heaven for help, and they are rejected? What happened to Lingshan?" ”

Jigong looked up at the sun and said slowly: "It's your own work."

Following his words, it was as if a secret about Buddhism in the world, which had been covered up by thousands of layers, now cracked with a thin crack.

Su Hanshan naturally captured the truth from it.

"Buddhist great wish?!"

The Buddhist Great Wish Method is a very magical method that can advance future mana and solve current bottlenecks.

For example, if a person vows to ensure that all sentient beings in the country are free from illness and disaster, have perfect food and clothing, are wealthy and safe, have the earth be like gold, and fill the sky with white jade, then he can become a Buddha.

Normally speaking, you should first meet the prerequisites one by one. In the process, you should continue to practice and hone yourself, and finally you will have the power to become a Buddha.

However, by using the Great Wish Technique, you can first obtain part of the mana that will be available after success, and then fulfill those prerequisites.

Tathagata Buddha pioneered this method, and his application of the law of cause and effect is astonishing.

Of course, because you enjoy this part of the mana first, it brings other conveniences, so you have to be more careful and meticulous when you implement those conditions in the future. At the beginning, if a Buddhist master encounters any difficulties, he can use the technique of the Great Wish to increase his cultivation level by a large amount out of thin air. Afterwards, he will find a way to fulfill the vow he made and use hundreds or even thousands of years to achieve it. In the time required, he could fulfill all the conditions he had said and repay the price. With such a solid foundation, there would not be any sequelae.

However, as Buddhism becomes more and more vast, the more masters who devote themselves to Buddhism, the more frequently they use the art of great wishes.

The wishes they made for more powerful supernatural powers were each more grand than the last.

The original Buddhist masters, if they had a seven-point foundation, dared to make a three-point vow.

Later Buddhist masters, if they had a seven-point foundation, would dare to make a seventeen-point vow.

It is not just a wish that all sentient beings in the country will be free from illness and disaster. Dare to boast about anything. They will live for ten thousand years, have great physical appearance, have boundless joy, live in a fairyland, and enjoy endless enjoyment.

There are even many Buddhist masters who don't bother to understand other magical powers and magical methods. They just study them with all their heart. How can they make deeper wishes.

After making a big wish, the due price has not yet been repaid, so I rely on my magic power to make a new big wish, and gain deeper magic power, which adds up in a steady stream.

They simply cannot realize all the big wishes they have made, and these costs accumulate more and more deeply, becoming a kind of karma.

There are many types of karma, some are good karma, some are bad karma, and some are neither good nor evil. There are individual karmas and common karma.

In the world of the original demon king, the karma of Zhou Guang was mainly through interference in the long river of time, adding new historical rivers and thickening the foundation of time, hence the name Zhou Guang.

The masters of Buddhism allocate huge magical power in advance and make great wishes, but they cannot be realized for a long time, forming a kind of "empty karma"!

At the beginning, those seniors in Buddhism who had profound spiritual practices discovered that there were other Buddhist disciples who had no time to repay the price and would be backlashed by their karma.

Relying on their deep cultivation and sufficient foundation, they will help those disciples pay the price first and give them discipline.

Some disciples repented because of this, but naturally there were still those who remained stubborn.

These seniors have advanced a lot for others, and in the end they have to make a vow to help others in time.

They think that they have deep foundations and have not boasted about the vows they made, and that they will definitely be able to fulfill them. They also feel that they make these vows purely out of good deeds and with a clear conscience.

Little did he know that by doing so, he was already sliding into the bottomless abyss.

There is such a thing as void karma, but it doesn’t matter whether your original intention is good or evil, good or bad.

Of course, there are so many Buddhist disciples who make vows in order to use their strength to do good deeds. However, as long as you don't actually have time to repay the price.

Karma must come as expected.

The emptiness karma of the entire Buddhist sect has not only not been contained, but has accumulated more and more thickly.

Jigong sighed and said: "I, Buddha Tathagata, remain immovable. I always sit on the spiritual mountain and preach the Dharma every day in an attempt to resolve it, but I cannot succeed in the end."

Those strong and powerful people in the Three Realms do not often hold forums to teach the Dharma. Most of the time they just let their disciples practice on their own, and only occasionally give enlightenment.

Only Tathagata Buddha teaches the Dharma in Lingshan Mountain almost every day, first for hundreds of years, and then for hundreds of years.

Unless there is something important that requires you to go out, there is no time to stop.

Whenever someone goes to find Tathagata, they will basically encounter him teaching the Dharma.

This is also his attempt to repay the vows of Buddhist disciples and offset their karma.

But it can’t be completely eliminated, it can’t be completely eliminated.

Ever since Tathagata Buddha compiled the Tripitaka and founded Mahayana Buddhism, he should have made great vows to save all sentient beings from the very beginning. Therefore, no matter how much he preaches, he cannot tell Buddhist disciples that all of them are not allowed to make great vows.

Even if there are a group of people like Guanyin Bodhisattva who do practical things to support us, they can only delay the onset of emptiness karma.

Not long ago, this void karma finally broke out.

Because Buddhism worships the lotus, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas use the "lotus platform" as a symbol of great power and merit. However, the accumulation of emptiness karma has reached the extreme, and even a emptiness black lotus has been born.

Once this black lotus appears in the world, the power of all the Buddhas will disappear, their magical powers will not be able to manifest, and the Buddhist sect will be faced with a great calamity.

"Donor, you have been in the mausoleum for a long time and are not well informed. In fact, although these things were originally secrets of Buddhism, since the onset of void karma, those with a little bit of cultivation have already known the news."

Jigong said, "Buddhism should have been in the human world for three hundred and thirty-three years. All the Buddhas will be dead and have no supernatural powers."

"Three hundred and thirty-three years later, there will be a turn for the better."

It was the first time the pangolin heard such a thing, and he couldn't help but ask: "But Living Buddha, you still have magic power."

"A monk is not a Buddha."

Jigong said with a smile, "Monk, I am just a self-indulgent man. I endure hardships according to circumstances and do what I can. I have never made any big wishes."

Su Hanshan nodded slightly, understanding in his heart.

Jigong followed the path of an Arhat, and his magical powers were purely based on his own hard work and hard work, so he was not so affected.

As for the young monk Budai, he should be the reincarnation of Maitreya Bodhisattva.

The third Buddha of Buddhism and the past Buddha Ran Deng Buddha made great vows for the longest time and delayed them for the longest time. Once the emptiness of karma is unleashed, it will be extinguished the fastest.

Now the Tathagata Buddha can probably hold on for a while, make some arrangements, and then go to Nirvana.

As for the future Buddha Maitreya, he will become a Buddha in the future.

Regarding his great wishes, Tathagata Buddha peered into the infinite future and told Maitreya that if Maitreya wanted to make great wishes in the future, how and which ones would be the safest way to make them.

In fact, Maitreya has not made any of those great vows yet, so the impact of his void karma is naturally very small.

Su Hanshan said: "Looking at it this way, there are really very few masters left in Buddhism, so all the former enemies of Buddhism have come back to take revenge, right?"

"The former enemies of Buddhism have basically been involved in the karma of nothingness, and the impact is not small, but it is not a serious problem."

Jigong shook his head and said, "The real big trouble chasing us is not the enemy in the Buddhist scriptures, but an ancient monster who calls himself the Lord of Tongtian."

"Donor, the two people you captured are the disciples of Tongtian Sect."

This time, Jigong did not take the initiative to reveal any secrets.

But Su Hanshan was thoughtful and spied something.

It turns out that long ago, Tathagata Buddha had realized that empty karma would become a serious problem.

Therefore, Buddhism made many arrangements and came up with an ingenious design.

They planned to have Kinnara Bodhisattva, the greatest protector of Buddhism at that time, descend to earth and undergo tribulations, and use some means to make Kinnara Bodhisattva rebel against the Buddha and come out, combine with the karma of nothingness, and become the incarnation of the black lotus of nothingness.

Such a great Bodhisattva with deep Buddha roots, after becoming the incarnation of Black Lotus, gave Black Lotus a flaw.

If all goes well, when Black Lotus kills Lingshan, after thirty-three days in heaven and thirty-three years on earth, the Buddhas in Lingshan will be able to make a comeback and temporarily resolve the Black Lotus disaster.

It is much easier than the current disaster of three hundred and thirty-three years.

Unfortunately, the most critical aspect of Kinnara Bodhisattva's disaster was related to the relationship between a man and a woman. The immortal Donghua who was passing by at that time sensed it and intervened to help.

Kinnara Bodhisattva saw the clues and broke out of the situation. He took everyone in the disaster and moved to Dongsheng Shenzhou to live in seclusion in anger.

Everyone in Buddhism can't find a second suitable candidate, such as Guanyin Bodhisattva, whose Buddha nature is sufficient, but unfortunately she is wise and gentle, and her heart is gentle. Even if she is set up, she may not be able to achieve the level of compatibility with Black Lotus.

This plan later had to be abandoned.

However, Kinnara Bodhisattva's abnormal behavior attracted the attention and suspicion of the leader of Tongtian.

Therefore, as early as that time, Master Tongtian managed to spy on the disaster that would happen to Buddhism.

When the Black Lotus of Nothingness bloomed in Lingshan, the leader of Tongtian Cult had already made plans and just happened to kill him.

All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who could have held on, or at least made a comeback, were almost wiped out by him.

"The real goal of Master Tongtian is to control the Black Lotus of Nothingness."

Su Hanshan looked at the young monk Budai and said, "The young monk is the hope for the revival of Lingshan in the future."

"If Leader Tongtian captures him, he will be much more confident in controlling Black Lotus."

The little monk looked surprised. He didn't know whether he was surprised by the heavy burden on his body or that Su Hanshan could see this level.

"Ah, the donor has even seen this?"

Jigong shook his fan and said, "Emperor Mu, who was able to kill five dogs and Rong kings when he was young, after taking medicine and practicing hard for thousands of years, it is really beyond expectations."

"Since the donor has seen how miserable we, old and young, are, does he still want to beat the poor monk?"

The old monk changed the topic and opened a small distance between his thumb and index finger.

"How about you show your kindness and do me a small favor?"
