Chapter 713 Cliff Carvings
In addition to being able to overlook Jiachuan River from a distance, standing on the Wangxiang Terrace, you can also see a large stone cave under the cliff on the side of the main peak of Anle Mountain.
"Where is that?" A group of ten people stood on the gazebo and it seemed spacious. Wei Fei was very interested in the big stone cave.
He can be said to be a native of Mount Anle, and has long been curious about the cave.
“That’s the Bailu Cave, which is said to be the place where Liu Zhen collected scriptures and Luo Wensi studied.”
"Don't you often do fieldwork? Have you been there?"
"I have been, but it is not connected to the regular tourist routes of Mount Anle. Generally, only people collecting firewood will go there. From the Yanzhenguan ruins There is a path leading to the bowl of water at the back. "Is there anything in it?"
"There is nothing left. There is only a big cave there. Now it is half a villager's firewood shed and half a sheepfold."
After watching the gazebo for a while, everyone came up from under the Tianfu tree again. , along a wide stone staircase to a mid-mountain valley, there is a temple here, which is the resting place after climbing the mountain, Yuntai Temple.
Today's Yuntai Temple is still very dilapidated. There is only one old monk, who is a relative of a nearby farmhouse. In addition to cleaning the temple, the farmhouse is also responsible for boiling water for tourists to make tea, and providing convenient meals such as bean curd rice.
In the summer, there are few tourists. A family is raising chickens and vegetables, and suddenly more than ten teenagers are killed. This is a big business coming to the door.
Fortunately, the mother-in-law acted quickly and made a bowl of tea for everyone first, and then called the man who was cutting bamboo shoots in the bamboo forest behind the temple to come back and make bean sprouts. The eldest sister at home picked vegetables, scraped and washed the bacon, and added Stir-fry vegetables, mix cucumbers, and pickles, and you'll have a table ready in no time.
After sitting down and everyone started chatting, Feng Xueshan suddenly thought of a question: "Qian, isn't your family from Anleshan? You just moved to Anleshan Primary School later, right? Why do you seem so familiar with the story of Anleshan?" "You haven't heard of it?"
Wei Fei sighed: "As long as I remember, I would walk from the back mountain to the central school in the city every day with two boiled sweet potatoes, twenty miles a day. .”
"When I was admitted to Hezhong High School, do you know how happy I was? My first thought at that time was that I could live on campus and no longer have to run back and forth every day."
Talking about the pain of childhood , Wei Yi couldn't help but feel a little moved, La Holding Wei Fei's hand: "Yes, once again he came to the middle school on a plane to find me and said he didn't want to study anymore. He couldn't bear running back and forth every day, so he gave me a tough meal."
"I told him He said that if he studied hard, he would travel back and forth for up to six years. , if you don’t study hard, you may live like this for the rest of your life.”
Feng Xueshan patted Wei Fei on the shoulder: “So your laziness can be forgiven, after all, you should leave now when you were a child. The road is over.”
Wei Fei felt that Feng Xueshan really hit his mark: "That's right. Anyway, when I entered junior high school, I couldn't move as much as I could. When I had time, I went to the playground to hang the horizontal bar. I sat down and did it peacefully. Two questions are not good?”
Before he finished speaking, Wei Yi took care of him: "But you are too lazy!"
The tofu pudding at Yuntai Temple is a bit old, and its craftsmanship is still a bit worse than that at Fawang Temple, but here you can enjoy it. The bacon is incomparable to Fawang Temple.
This place is more like a farmhouse than a temple. Zhou Zhi also saw chicken feathers from the chickens killed during the New Year pasted on the door of the temple. This is unreasonable.
Not only is the old bacon very delicious, the pickled vegetables and pickled bamboo shoots are also very good. These two are just like the fragrant Gaiwan tea. They are brewed with mountain spring water. In addition, the long-term cool temperature behind the temple is congenital. There are advantages that cannot be compared with anywhere else.
You can add tofu and rice as you like, and the cold rice soup is also very delicious. It is a delicious meal, and the per capita price is only 3 yuan and 50 cents. With the addition of 1 yuan and 50 cups of scented tea, it is almost as cheap as grandma’s house. . After dinner, the male host picked up his backpack and set off down the mountain with his friends. Zhou Zhi chatted with him and learned that he was going down the mountain to cut palm trees and harvest brown rice.
Brown rice is the roe-like fruit produced after the palm tree blooms. It is edible like the tender core of the palm tree, but now it is estimated that no one except the people in the mountains eats it.
Going down the mountain is an open stone road, which is much easier to walk than when you came up.
Wei Fei asked: "Why didn't we come up from here before? How easy it is to walk here?"
This is a problem that only lazy people can find, and everyone can't help but smile.
"Of course there is a reason for this." Zhou Zhi smiled and said, "Guess?"
Everyone shook their heads, indicating that they couldn't guess.
"Uncle must know." Wu Qiaomu said.
“Because Anle Mountain is to the west, the sun reaches the other side of the mountain after noon, and the whole mountain is shaded from here in the afternoon.” The uncle, carrying a backpack on his broad shoulders, said kindly: “So Jiachuan people When playing in Anleshan, everyone likes to take small walks. Go up the road and take the main road down. Firstly, you won’t be exposed to the sun. Secondly, it’s easy to go up the mountain and difficult to go down.”
“So,” Zhou Zhi said with a smile, “What is this called everywhere? Pay attention and learn. ”
After passing the mountain gate, you will come to the cliff carvings. Going down the mountain road, there are calligraphy relics left by the predecessors.
There are many Buddha statues, but their heads and hands have been knocked off, which is a pity.
The degree of weathering of the cliff carvings also made Zhou Zhi very worried. There was a place where the word "Leshan" was carved on the cliff at the entrance of the mountain. Zhou Zhi looked up and said: "How do I remember the original edge of the rock? It's quite far away from the word "乐"? Now it's close to the word "乐"?"
"It collapsed again the year before last," the uncle said.
Zhou Zhi frowned upon hearing this.
There are many stone carvings in this area, including "The First Mountain" and "Fairyland" inscribed by Luo Wensi, there are legends that Huang Tingjian wrote "Huang Tingjian records that He Jiangyin and Bai Zongyu and Huang Lu went straight to Liu Zhenren Mountain", and others "A Journey to Anle Mountain", as well as a poem and the word "Shao Min" inscribed by another scholar in Jiachuan, Zeng Yu, a Zhengde scholar in the Ming Dynasty.
Zeng Yu once served as the prefect of Jianchang and was a very good friend of Yang Shen, another great literati at that time. Zeng Yu liked Minshan very much. He named himself Minye and his nickname was Shao. Old Man Min also relied on his calligraphy skills to write an article. After comparing Anle Mountain and Min Mountain, he changed the name of Anle Mountain to "Shao Min Mountain".
Later, people collected Zeng Yu's articles, and the three surviving volumes of "Mr. Shaomin's Collected Manuscripts" are also stored in the Harvard-Yenching Library of Harvard University as rare Chinese books.
To this day, the local literary journal in Jiachuan edited and compiled by my godfather is still called "Shao Min", which was influenced by this great scholar.
The word "Leshan" that is now facing destruction is actually the four large characters of "Ancient Anleshan" inscribed by Luo Wensi inscribed by Xia Yugeng, the magistrate of Guangxu County in the Qing Dynasty.
Zhou Zhi felt distressed that the stone carvings were facing destruction, and if things continued like this, this precious piece of cliff stone carvings might not be preserved.
