Chapter 1958 Wonderful scenery along the way
The scenery of Xiaoxiangling in early winter is very beautiful and quiet. Because the road is too long, there are not many tourists, and Zhou Zhi’s voice is very clear on the mountain road.
When Zhou Zhi came to Lingshan Temple in his last life, a non-paved road has been built here. Cars can go to the foot of Lingshan Mountain, and there are only a thousand stone steps to the temple at the top.
But this rough gravel road does not yet exist, so the car can only drive to the edge of the Qinglong River ditch at the foot of Xiaoxiang Ridge, and then start hiking.
The so-called Qinglong River is not a river, but a mountain stream with abundant water power. It is similar to the large stream in Jiuzhaigou Valley, but the water quality is even better than that.
Zhou Zhi knew that within a year or two a mineral water plant would be built here. It would be small in scale and would be used by Liangshan Prefecture itself, and the benefits would be pretty good.
This factory does not exist yet. A large stream of natural mineral water gushes down luxuriously, and the roaring sound stirs the valley.
The altitude here is quite high, and the scenery is different from places like Lianhe Township. All the way up the mountain stream, there are broad-leaved shrubs and coniferous forests, as well as thick tundra. .
The stream water collects into pools in some places, but because the temperature is too low, the biological content in the water is very low. In addition, there is a lack of soil in the entire valley, which is basically sand and gravel. The water is so transparent that it seems invisible. Same.
Only when the sunlight penetrates the water layer and casts light and shadow on the bottom of the pool, dancing like ten thousand golden snakes, can people intuitively feel that this is a pool and not a nest of gravel.
The road up the mountain is also very primitive and desolate. The pine forests on both sides are natural forests, different from the artificial forests planted by aerial seeding. The trees are covered with usnea and moss, which is exactly the same as the primitive forest under the snow line.
Zhou Zhi has lived in subtropical areas for a long time, and such a scene is very rare. The impression seems to be that he took two foreigners from Japan and South Korea to Mount Emei. A section of the way under the Golden Summit is somewhat similar to the scenery here.
But on that section of the road, you can't see the magnificent sight on the left side of the road - a large snow-capped mountain rising from the ground.
The scene of the sun shining on the Jinshan Mountains has been seen many times on TV and computer postcards, but the visual effect of those snow-capped mountains illuminated by the golden sunshine is completely different from what we see now.
Now a group of people are going up the mountain. The steps on the mountain road are quite steep. On the left is a virgin forest and on the right is a meadow. The Snow Mountain is behind the meadow, although it is very far away. But because there is no other obstruction behind the Taitian slope, the Snow Mountain seems to be within reach.
Zhou Zhi, Mai Xiaomiao, and Chi Xueli all made almost the same action, which was to raise their hands and reach out, wanting to touch the golden snow-capped mountains. Then they realized that their actions were a bit silly.
Then everyone looked at each other and smiled, picked up their cameras and video cameras in unison, and began to take pictures of this rare and magnificent scene.
Not far further up, the view changed again. The snow-capped mountains were winding down and connected from a distance, like a curved barrier with a downward slope. The tall peaks under the skyline in the middle half were covered with snow, but the shorter peaks in the half of the skyline closer to the crowd were not.
Whether it is there or not, the whole barrier is Xiaoxiangling.
There are some streams and lakes between the snow-capped mountains, such as the Lingshan River from here. The source of Zhenggou is about 3,500 meters above sea level. There seems to be a black gourd drawn by the gods with a paintbrush.
That is the Moyu Sea. The northern peaks of the Moyu Sea are covered with snow all year round. There are sparse spruce trees and clusters of rhododendrons on the cliffs. The eastern slopes slowly extend, and the silver plate glaciers on the ridge of the Si Mountain extend into the forest. To the west, the bottom of the gourd At the outlet of the water, there are clusters of short shrubs on the lawn, which are alpine rhododendrons called "Soma" by the Yi people, and are dotted with rugged rocks.
The sea water there looks pitch black from a distance, but up close it is actually melted water from snowy mountains, crystal clear and clean without dust. It is located at the eastern foot of the main peak of Lingshan Mountain and the source of the Henan branch of Lingshan River. There is also a sea there. Because the sea area is composed of red igneous rocks, when you look at it on the way up the mountain, the sea water turns red, so it is called the Red Sea.
The altitude there is higher than the Moyu Sea, about 4,000 meters above sea level. It is shaped like a waist and consists of two lakes connected up and down. Basically, there are snow peaks standing around the sea, like a waist. Like a city disk, there are light clouds passing by now, and the reflected sunlight makes the area golden, making the sky and water the same color.
Although everyone is envious of it, it is completely impossible to go there. First there is no road, and then the distance is too far. Although you can see everything in sight, in fact the distance is at least several dozen kilometers away.
Therefore, there is only "not enough good mountains and good waters".
Going all the way up, you can find many unique cultural landscapes, such as a large prismatic stone appearing on the roadside. On the left is a figure holding something on his chest, and on the right is this Tibetan text. It's a classic, but the title is in Chinese four-character seal script. How strange it is.
"What is this?" Everyone looked at Zhou Zhi, naturally thinking that he could solve this question.
“I really don’t know about this.” Zhou Zhi shook his head: “But I can take a photo and send it to Master Tenzin in our school. He will definitely be able to answer this question.”
“This monument is on the forehead. engraved It is the "Six-Character Mantra" in seal script, but the content is in Tibetan. The figures engraved here have many similar images in Dunhuang murals, called "enshrined people", and their posture is called "holding treasures and praying for blessings."
"The characters are also the headgear and costumes of ethnic minorities. This is completely beyond the scope of my knowledge." Zhou Zhi shook his head: "I don't even have the ability to tell the chronology."
"Hehe!" Wu Renzhong He gloated: "Finally there is something your child doesn't know about! "
"There are so many things I don't know!" Zhou Zhi smiled: "If you don't believe me, just ask Xiaomiao, I don't understand any of the models she is working on now."
"If you want to learn..." Mai Xiaomiao, still holding a camera in her hand, turned her head after hearing this.
“No, no, no, no…” Zhou Zhi was so frightened that he waved his hands repeatedly: “I’d better continue studying my liberal arts! Xiaomiao, please spare me!”
"Actually, I think you can still handle your elbow. At least you can discuss some procedures with Xiaomiao." Wu Renzhong pointed at the stone tablet as he spoke: "I look at those things on your screen, it's almost like looking at this stone! ”
< br>Such a similar stone stele was found not far away. The shape is also very strange. The upper part of the stele is a cirrus pattern, and the lower part is carved with a lion. Three lines of Tibetan characters are engraved in the middle. The writing is simple and neat, but this is thoughtful. I don't know either.
However, there are lions carved on the stone tablets, which shows that these Tibetan texts may not be true Tibetan, but may be Sanskrit to be precise.
"The Great Wisdom" records that lions are among the four-legged beasts. , is fearless alone and can conquer all; and the same is true for Buddha, who is fearless in conquering all among the ninety-six kinds of heretics, so he is called "The Lion of Liberation".
After this theory spread to the snowy area, people combined it with the legend of the local Bon religion and evolved into a green-maned and white-haired mythical beast called the Snow Lion.
The great yogis in Tibet often refer to themselves as snow lions. For example, in Milarepa's Taoist Song, Milarepa compares himself to a snow lion.
The lion on this stele is undoubtedly this kind of lion, so this is actually proof that this area was once influenced by Tibetan Buddhism.
