I believe that the beauties should be able to see that the pace is too fast in the closing stage, and the reason is actually the lack of some foreshadowing.
When Feiwan was writing the foreshadowing, he felt it was bland and boring, and finally deleted it after much thought. For example, the story about the foggy island in the North Sea, about the cycle of fate, "Mystery of the Deep" and Lucy's "Glory Carnival" was originally planned. The content of 30 chapters is finally presented in 8 chapters...
I deleted a little bit here, a little bit there, and the Onyx volume, which was expected to contain 200 chapters, ended up with about 110 chapters left, making it the shortest of all the volumes.
Of course, beauties should feel that the pace of this volume is relatively tight and seems to be completed in one go. This is what Feiwan wants to see.
Overall, if Agate Volume were to evaluate itself based on the previous scoring mechanism, it would be rated 8 out of 10. It is the most satisfying volume in "King of Villains" so far.
