Chapter 32 Legilimency
Harry sat there for a while, waiting until his emotions completely calmed down, before he started looking for clues.
He picked up his wand and waved it gently.
"Revelio! (Revelation)"
However, he found nothing. There were no traces of old friends in the Order of the Phoenix meeting room.
After searching in the Room of Requirement to no avail, Harry finally gave up.
He quietly slipped back into the Gryffindor dormitory and lay back on the bed.
Ron was still sleeping soundly on the bed opposite him, and was even chirping. It looked like he had obviously dreamed of something delicious.
The next day, Harry slept until noon before getting up.
Not just him, but also several friends in the dormitory.
"Good morning." Ron smiled at Harry.
"It's noon now." Harry opened the curtains and glanced out the window.
Generally speaking, breakfast time is when the little wizards collect packages.
But because it is the weekend, the little wizards all have to sleep in, so the owl will deliver the goods at noon.
An owl flew in from the door and dropped a package accurately into Neville's arms.
"Oh eat!" Neville groaned: "Carol! You are always like this!"
He complained, opened the package, and took out a glass ball as big as half a fist, which seemed to be filled with white smoke.
"Look, this is a memory ball." Seamus said with a smile.
"Yes, the memory ball." Neville said with a sad face: "Grandma knows that I always have no memory - it will tell you if there is something you forgot to do - look, you hold it tightly Live, like this, if it turns red—oh!”
Neville suddenly had a long face, because the memory ball suddenly turned red and bright, "——You just forgot something."
He was trying hard to remember what he had forgotten. At this moment, Draco passed by the Gryffindor dining table and suddenly snatched the memory ball from Neville's hand.
"Malfoy!" Harry, who was not in a very good mood at first, stood up and said, "Give the memory ball back to Neville."
"Why?" Draco weighed the memory ball in his hand: "This little fat guy is so stupid that even the memory ball can't help him remember that he was not wearing a school uniform and robe."
"Oh, right!" Neville suddenly realized: "I forgot to wear my robe!"
Draco sneered and placed the memory ball on the table.
"Next time, remember to think about it with your fat ass, Longbottom." He said sullenly: "It's really..."
He suddenly stopped talking, because Professor McGonagall, who had a sense of cats and cats, appeared next to them.
"What's going on?" Professor McGonagall asked seriously.
"Malfoy took my memory ball, Professor." Neville replied: "Harry and Ron are urging him to give it back to me."
Draco raised his eyebrows defiantly at Harry and Ron, turned and left the Gryffindor table.
Harry, who was in an extremely bad mood, felt even more angry after this experience.
He now had the urge to give Draco's pale, thin face a shot of Legilimency.
On the one hand, it was to punish Draco a little, and on the other hand, it was to see if there were any memories of Cassandra.
"Praise worthy, Mr. Potter, Mr. Weasley." A smile appeared on Professor McGonagall's prim face.
"Thank you, Professor." Harry and Ron said obediently together.
After the History of Magic lesson on Tuesday, it's time for flying lessons.
After a boring lesson, a relaxing and comfortable flying lesson always makes people feel happy.
Even the sleepiness caused by Professor Binns' hypnotic words disappeared in an instant. Flying class is a joint class between Gryffindor and Slytherin. Because Professor Binns forgot to finish the get out of class, the Gryffindor students were almost late.
The Slytherin students had already been waiting there, looking a little impatient, and there were twenty broomsticks neatly arranged on the ground.
"These brooms are quite old." Ron said to Harry: "I heard that they were used by the little wizards in the school when Bill was in school. They have not been replaced with new ones until now. Fred always complained about this. Brooms tremble when they fly too high, and some have difficulty steering. ”
"Then it's really time to get a new one." Harry responded casually.
Contrary to Ron's expectations, Neville and Hermione competed nervously.
Hermione kept talking about a library book called "Quidditch Origins", trying to use advanced theoretical knowledge to dispel her fear of flying. Neville followed Hermione closely as if he had found a backbone. Behind her, she could hear her reciting basic knowledge in rapid succession.
Not long after, Mrs. Huo Qi arrived at the teaching venue. She had short gray hair and two yellow eyes, as bright as the eyes of an eagle.
"Okay, what are you all waiting for?" she said loudly, "Everyone stand next to a broomstick, quick, quick, hurry up!"
Harry didn't know what she was worried about.
"Stretch out your right hand and place it on the broom handle," Mrs. Hooch shouted from the front, "and then said: 'Get up!'"
Check out the 16-9 book bar and see the correct version!
"Get up!" everyone shouted.
Harry just shouted, and the broom jumped into his hand. Hermione looked back at him in shock, but her voice was almost hoarse from shouting, and the broom didn't respond to her.
"Okay, as soon as I whistle, you kick your legs off the ground and push hard." Mrs. Huo Qi said, "Hold the broom steadily, rise a few feet, then lean forward slightly and fall vertically back to the ground. Listen to my whistle—three—two—”
Before Mrs. Hooch could blow the whistle, Harry saw Neville jump out and soar into the sky.
"Wow--" Draco let out a loud exclamation. He put his hands on the awning and watched Neville jump so high that he fell to the ground with a plop.
All of this happened in the blink of an eye. Harry didn't have time to draw out his wand. He just pointed at Neville and used a shock absorber on him.
But he was young after all, and Neville was really far away from him, so it could only slightly relieve him of the impact.
"The wrist is broken." Mrs. Hooch walked up and hugged Neville, "I will send this child to the school hospital now. No one of you is allowed to move! Put the broomstick back to its place, otherwise, I won't wait for you to say a word. 'Quidditch' was kicked out of Hogwarts."
After Mrs. Hooch left, Draco picked up the memory ball on the ground.
"Isn't this Longbottom's memory ball?" Draco said with a strange smile: "If the fat guy pinches this memory ball, he might remember to touch the ground with his fat butt instead of his wrist."
"Give it to me, Malfoy!" Harry stood up and said.
"No, I want to hide this thing so that little fat guy can find it by himself." Draco mounted the broom and flew up leisurely: "How about the roof?"
He flew in mid-air and said mockingly: "What's wrong, Potter, is it out of reach?"
Without saying a word, Harry got on the broomstick.
"Harry! Absolutely not! Think about what Mrs. Hooch just said! You will be expelled!" Hermione quickly stopped Harry, "And you don't know how to fly-"
However, Harry had already mounted his broom and was flying with great skill.
Hermione opened her mouth. She had no idea that Harry could fly so well on his broomstick for the first time.
"That's so cool." Seamus praised below.
"Give it to me, Malfoy." Harry said in a bad tone, "Otherwise I will teach you a lesson."
As he spoke, his eyes were fixed on Draco's, and he was still hesitating in his heart whether to use Legilimency on Draco.
"How about it, Potter?" Draco tossed the magic ball, "Are you going to stand up for Longbottom?"
Harry was really irritated by him. The feeling of powerlessness at not being able to find his old friend was combined with the anger towards Draco's face that deserved a beating.
He drew his wand and pointed it at Draco.
