Chapter 112 109: Sanctification of the flesh (please subscribe)

Before coming, Chu Zhou actually had many assumptions about the situation in Anyue City.

He had thought about fighting and killing every day and fighting constantly; he had thought about not being able to eat safely and had to be careful about being assassinated by others; he had even thought about falling out with Zhou Wu and driving him like an ox and a horse.

But even in his best assumptions, he never thought that he could really study and practice safely here, let alone live a more regular life than Xuanzhen Guan,

There are even enough medicinal materials, endless secrets, and a lot of time to practice...

There was so much that I didn't expect, but the current situation is that Chu Zhou has really turned a deaf ear to what is going on outside the window and only focuses on practicing diligently and studying in class.

During those ten days, Chu Zhou picked a free day and finished the fifth lesson of "Basic Control of Water Magic Power", and also learned the last technique, "Water Escape Technique"!

At this point, this basic course is completely over.

However, Chu Zhou did not rush to the next lesson. Instead, he reviewed it from beginning to end and looked at the content of the course from a higher perspective as much as possible.

Then, he discovered that the most essential part of this course was to teach him the basic characteristics of the water spiritual machine.

And, what is the most important thing about mana?

Take control!

Only with absolute control can you cast spells from your heart, and you can only get started.

Of course, the course is over, but things are not over yet, and you still have to practice continuously.

Practice makes perfect to the point where it is almost instinctive, in order to activate the three techniques at will.

So, Chu Zhou thought about it and felt that there were many people talking during the day, so it was better not to practice.

Therefore, he put it aside at night. Before introducing the Qi into his body, he practiced for an hour to exhaust as much mana as possible, and then meditated into concentration.

But as a result, Chu Zhou could not sleep for more than three hours a day even without entering the Jingyin Hall.

That is to say, by introducing Qi into the body, Ling Ji is extremely effective in replenishing the essence, energy, and spirit. He does not feel that he lacks sleep, but is more energetic.

As for the time during the day, although he didn't go out, he was practicing martial arts, tempering his body, reading books, studying the powerful martial arts, trying the fusion of magic power and powerful martial arts, etc., etc., etc., he was always busy.

It was also during this process that Chu Zhou completed the second and third lessons of "Basic Immortal Martial Convergence".

In the second lesson, he learned how to use mana as an internal force, how to carve it carefully, how to push it to the limit, and even how to control it with martial arts will to release the maximum power of the moves as much as possible.

In the third lesson, Chu Zhou learned to take advantage of his magic power.

Yes, he uses mana as internal strength, but mana is mana, and its advantages are extremely obvious. Even the idea of attracting the outside world to wander is instinctive.

Therefore, if possible, when using mana as internal force, it can exert an attraction effect,

In this way, the move will be slower to use, but the power can definitely be greatly improved.

These two lessons were of great benefit to Chu Zhou, making his originally rough application of magic power more mature and perfect.

And this is directly related to Chu Zhou's combat power level.

Of course, during these two classes, Chu Zhou was beaten severely by the yellow scarf warrior.

It was really sad and tearful for those who heard it, so much so that when Chu Zhou saw this person, he even had an uncontrollable fear in his heart.

After two classes, Chu Zhou chose to stop for a few days to digest.

Try, practice, think, record...

Needless to say, Chu Zhou is really addicted to being able to feel his progress and recovery every day.

It's a pity that people, complicated and trivial matters are always indispensable.

The drunkard old man Feng Yan came back from a mission and had a drink with him.

After three rounds of food and five tastes of wine, this old drunkard actually burst into tears. The reason is simple. His attempt to break through the innateness failed.

He certainly used the calming incense and the elixirs he had accumulated over the years. He did not hesitate to use them all, but it was too difficult to break through the innate.

He had been preparing for so long, but everything was in vain. The only thing to be thankful for was that after he realized something was wrong, he turned to stabilizing his cultivation without causing any irreversible damage.

It was also from his chattering that Chu Zhou learned many key points about breaking through innateness.

For example, the internal force needs to break through the Ren and Du meridians and connect the heaven and the earth. In this way, the internal force can compress and change in the direction of true energy.

Although the two have the same origin, their internal strength is like Qi, and their true Qi is like water. Their quality is very different, and their natural power and effects are also very different.

Another example is the innate martial intention. The reason why there is the word "Xiantian" is because when it comes to the innate martial intention, without the martial intention, it is impossible to carry out subsequent practice.

In addition, the innate warrior is a kind of qualitative change, which can draw the power of heaven and earth into the body, and can already increase the life span.

On this day, the old drunkard talked a lot, and Chu Zhou listened quietly. He didn't know how to comfort others, and the old drunkard didn't need anyone to comfort him. He just vented his anger.

During these days, Cao Bao, the leader of Montenegro, also came to have a drink with him.

Regardless of the previous misunderstanding, this dinner was a great time for the guests and the host. Chu Zhou talked a lot about his insights on spiritual practice, and Cao Bao also talked a lot.

There is the cultivation after innateness, and all the difficulties on the road to becoming a master.

There are also his past experiences. For example, his previous nickname was actually ‘Power Hammer’, which he is quite satisfied with.

But later on when he became innate, others added the word "king", the Power Hammer King, which always sounded weird.

But even if he is an innate warrior, he has no say in this matter, so he can only accept it.

In addition, Zhou Wu also entertained him many times, mostly as companions, and introduced many people to him. Such as the right protector Xie Lihuang, the first disciple Yin Shengyun, the first elder Shi Tingshou, another innate worshiper Zhongli Linghui, etc...

After Chu Zhou participated in it a few times, he became a little tired of such a banquet where you flatter me. He approached Zhou Wu privately and declined politely.

Zhou Wu was a little surprised, but he didn't say much, but he didn't call him much after that, and used his injuries to help him block it.

It is worth mentioning that after Zhou Wu learned about the enmity between Chu Zhou and the Yiren Alliance, he actually took the initiative to kill the fat monk.

According to him, he would use the fat monk as a bargaining chip to settle the feud between the two.

Chu Zhou didn't have a good impression of the Alien Alliance, but he had nothing to do with such a secretive organization.

Zhou Wu was willing to help, and he was naturally happy.

Of course, before the fat monk left, Chu Zhou drained his arsenal. He only majored in a few Buddhist martial arts. Only the "Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva Sutra" made him feel refreshed.

From the surface, this "Primary Vow Sutra" is just a Buddhist scripture, with nothing special about it. The fat monk probably thought that Chu Zhou couldn't see it, so he gave it to him very happily.

However, Chu Zhou discovered with the knowledge he learned from the Jie Yin Hall that as long as he recited this sutra, reciting it sincerely over and over again, it was equivalent to constantly sketching the image of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva in his mind.

Over time, as the image of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva becomes clearer, your own spirit will also be greatly tempered.

Check out the 16-9 book bar and see the correct version!

In other words, this is an extremely rare method of refining the soul, which can be used to temper the soul by getting started with visualization.

But this is still the first step. If the visualization is successful and Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is as clear as a sculpture, a burst of Buddhist power will be born within the body.

If this Buddha's power is used as internal martial arts power, it will naturally be half the result with half the effort, and the effect will be poor.

However, if used to exorcise evil spirits and subjugate ghosts, it is extremely powerful.

However, only Chu Zhou knows that this Buddhist power is another form of magic power. Only if there is real Buddhism can it exert its power.

From this perspective, the fat monk is a true Buddhist genius, and he even has great compassion. Otherwise, he would not have been able to achieve this step just by relying on a copy of the "Primary Vow Sutra".

Chu Zhou also asked about it, and found out that although he drank alcohol, ate meat, and was greedy for money, most of the money he got went into the Salesian Home, and he was considered a living person.

With this move, Chu Zhou became more fond of the great monk and was willing to let him go.

Of course, what Chu Zhou was more curious about was, in the prosperous age of martial arts, who could understand the true Buddhist teachings and pass them down so skillfully?

The more he studied, the more Chu Zhou felt that the water inside was very deep!

However, trivial matters are trivial matters after all, and Chu Zhou doesn't care about them after they are dealt with.

After consciously digesting what he had learned, Chu Zhou directly started the fourth and fifth lessons of "Basic Immortal Martial Convergence".

And these two classes were actually about cleaning the marrow and exchanging blood to break through the body's limits.

If we talk about the training of muscles, skin, bones and internal organs, it is to temper the physical body to the healthiest and most perfect state and reach its own limit.

Moving on to the marrow training part, it is about breaking through the limits of the human body and embarking on a new path.

Whether it is the martial arts of this world or the methods of body refining in heaven, it is actually believed that the physical body has a limit, which is due to genetic limitations and the highest limit that carbon-based life can reach.

But with the inspiration of heaven and earth, there is an opportunity to go further.

The so-called marrow washing and blood transfusion, on the surface, is the tempering of bone marrow, but on the inside, high-quality bone marrow produces higher-quality blood, replacing old blood with new blood, and can accommodate more ideas.

By refining your body with higher-quality spiritual machinery, you can break your limits and climb to new heights.

Conceptually, this is true for both the marrow training techniques of this world and the body training techniques secretly taught in heaven.

But the difference is that in this world, marrow cleansing and blood exchange only happen once, and the quality of the internal energy can only be supported once.

After practicing the marrow, martial artists can only shift their vision away from the physical body and extend it to the spiritual will and true energy. This is also the path of innateness and even masters.

However, the knowledge imparted to Chu Zhou in "Basic Immortal Martial Convergence" shows that this kind of training can actually be carried out repeatedly.

In other words, with one marrow training, new blood replaces the old blood, the upper limit of the body is broken, and then supplemented by the method of body refining, one can continue to progress.

Up to the limit, if the immortal cultivation level can also keep up, you can perform a second marrow cleansing and blood exchange to obtain higher quality new blood and continue to hone your body.

Repeatedly, the marrow cleansing and blood exchange can be carried out six to nine times, and the body tempering and refining also undergo multiple qualitative changes.

Over time, the human body will become stronger than imagined.

At this point, the course ended suddenly, but Chu Zhou felt more and more that there was still more content to come, and the meaning was still unfinished.

So, Chu Zhou gritted his teeth and started the fifth lesson directly.

Then, he knew that the unfinished part was clearly the essence of immortal body refining, the most correct direction and the ultimate goal of this path.

This is the way to sanctify the body.

This road is extremely difficult. Even in heaven, there are not many people who can make it to the end, but Chu Zhou is inexplicably excited.

Because, he suddenly realized that what he had learned and practiced before was not useless, but was the foundation for his further advancement on the path to immortality.

The second update is here. Although the results are poor, this time I updated it as stably as possible.
