According to verification experiments and comparative test records, both thermocouples have good linearity, large thermoelectromotive force, high sensitivity, good stability and uniformity, strong oxidation resistance, and low price. Advantages: Can be used in oxidizing inert atmosphere.

At the same time, the electrode repeatability verification showed that the manufacturing process of the electrode was very successful. Both K-type and N-type used the same material ratio. Three sets were continuously trial-produced with the same process, and their respective repeatability was very good.

The biggest difference is that from the temperature-electromotive force curve, the N-type is smoother than the K-type.

At this point, it can be said with certainty that the thermocouple is done! Even if there is no 3Z-591 high-temperature alloy, existing materials can still show its talents in many applications. After all, not all applications that require high temperature measurement must be as high as 1300°C. For an environment of 1300°C, special alloys can be used. The material protection tube, and 3Z-591, is the last shortcoming to make up for it, and it is a thermocouple that can be used in an environment of 1300°C.
